1. 01How it worksOpen the order in your account, choose the objects and press Request return. You get a confirmation by email, and another email with the next step once we have looked at it.
2. 02Before it shipsChanged your mind before the parcel leaves? Open the order in your account and press Cancel items. We refund in full.Cancel from your account→
3. 03What to send backThe object unused, with its tags, in its box, posted no later than 14 days after you asked. Keep the receipt and the tracking: the parcel is yours until it reaches us.
4. 04Where to send itWith the approval you get a return sheet by email. Print it, put it in the box and post the parcel to the address on it. Return shipping is paid by you.
5. 05The refundEverything you paid, including the standard shipping of the original delivery, back the way you paid, 14 days at most from your request. We may wait until the object reaches us or you send proof it is on its way. If it comes back used or marked, we may deduct the loss in value.
6. 06Damaged, faulty or wrongWrite to us with a photo. We pay the return shipping and send a replacement or a full refund, as you prefer and as stock allows. Three years of legal conformity on everything we sell.
