We want you to feel confident when shopping with Acacia Supplies. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, we offer a 14-day return period, starting from the day you receive your order.


Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • In the same condition as received
  • Unworn and unused, with all original tags attached
  • Returned in the original packaging

Returns sent without prior authorization cannot be accepted.

If your return is approved, we will provide clear instructions on how and where to send your item.

Please note:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • Any taxes or duties related to the return are also the customer’s responsibility
  • Prepaid return labels can be provided upon request

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@acaciasupplies.com. Our team will review the issue and work with you to resolve it as quickly as possible.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

The fastest way to receive a different item is to:

  1. Return the original item following our return process
  2. Place a new order for the desired item once your return is accepted

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
