Are your products authentic?

Yes — 100%, always, and we stand behind it with a full money-back guarantee. Every piece is brand new with tags and verified twice by our team in Barcelona. The long answer is on our Legitimate page.

Why are your prices below retail?

We buy end-of-season surplus and authorized retail stock through official channels. The discount comes from how we buy — never from what the product is.

Can I see more photos of an item before buying?

Yes. Email us the product name and we'll send real photos of the exact piece, tags included.

Will items come with original packaging?

Yes — original tags always, plus the brand's dust bags, boxes or accessories whenever the designer includes them.

Orders & shipping

How fast will I get my order?

Orders before 17:00 (CET) ship the same business day, express and tracked. Spain 1–2 business days, most of Europe 2–5. Full breakdown on the Shipping page.

How much is shipping?

Free over 300 €. Below that, the exact rate appears at checkout before you pay.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If it hasn't shipped yet, yes — email us as soon as possible with your order number. Once it's with the carrier, you can simply return it after delivery.

Sizing

How do sizes work?

Each product page has a size guide with EU, UK, US and CM conversions. Sizing is the designer's own — an Italian 41 is not a sneaker-brand 41 — so when in doubt, check the guide or ask us.

I'm between sizes — what do you recommend?

For footwear, take the larger size. For tailoring and knitwear, it depends on the designer's cut — email us the piece and your usual size and we'll tell you straight.

Returns & refunds

What's your return policy?

14 days from delivery, items unworn with all tags attached. Return shipping is at your cost unless the item is faulty. Full details on the Returns page.

When will I get my refund?

To your original payment method, usually within 2–3 business days of the return reaching us — 14 days at the very most.

Payment

Which payment methods do you accept?

All major cards plus the express options shown at checkout (they vary slightly by country). Payments are processed by Shopify Payments — we never see or store your card details.

Is my payment secure?

Yes. Checkout runs on Shopify's PCI-compliant infrastructure, the same used by millions of stores worldwide.
