Are your products authentic?

We work with established European boutiques and retail partners, and every item is checked before shipment to ensure authenticity and condition.

Why are your prices lower than traditional retail?

Our prices reflect how we buy and operate, not inflated retail markups.

We work under different buying conditions than traditional stores, which allows us to price products more efficiently. The product is the same — the pricing structure is different.

Are items brand new?

Yes. All items are new, unused, and supplied in excellent condition, with original tags and packaging unless otherwise stated.

Shipping

Where do you ship from?

All orders are shipped from Spain using trusted international carriers such as UPS and FedEx.

How long does shipping take?
