Order & Shipping
We ship from Spain with a processing time of 1–2 business days.
Shipping rates vary by destination. Orders over €250 within Europe and €350 worldwide qualify for free shipping.
Deliveries are handled via UPS or FedEx, with typical transit times of 2–4 business days.
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking.
Returns & Refunds
You have 14 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unworn, unused, and returned with original packaging and tags.
Customers cover return shipping costs.
