These are the terms of sale of acaciasupplies.com. They apply to every order placed on this website. The version that counts for your order is the one published on the day you place it.
Who sells

Who can buy
Consumers aged 18 or over, for delivery in Spain and in the European Union countries listed on Shipping & returns. A consumer is a person buying for a purpose outside their trade or profession. If you buy for a business, the consumer rules in these terms do not apply to you; the rest does.
What the page says about an object
Every object page shows the same things: material, origin, weight, size and what fits. The figures come from the maker; we put them side by side so you can compare. Photographs show the object we sell. Colour can differ a little from screen to screen. If a figure is not on the page, the maker has not given it to us yet.
Prices
Prices are in euros and include VAT at the rate that applies in Spain. Shipping is charged separately and shown before you pay, for your zone, on the checkout page. The price that counts is the one shown when you place the order.
If a price on the website is an obvious mistake, we write to you before shipping. You can confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it and be refunded in full.
How an order is placed
- Add an object to the cart. The cart shows each object, its quantity and its price.
- Go to checkout. Enter your email, the delivery address and the shipping option for your zone.
- Choose a payment method.
- Check the summary. Every field can be changed before you pay; the summary shows objects, shipping and the total.
- Pay. Pressing the payment button places the order and accepts these terms.
You receive an email that confirms the order and lists what you bought, the price, the shipping and the delivery address. That email is the acknowledgement required by Spanish law (LSSI-CE, article 28). The contract is concluded in English. We keep a copy of your order and of the terms that applied to it; ask by email and we send it to you.
Payment
You can pay by card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, PayPal, iDEAL, Bancontact or Klarna. Card and wallet payments go through Shopify Payments; iDEAL, Bancontact and Klarna go through Mollie. Payment is taken when you place the order. Klarna payments are also subject to Klarna’s own terms, shown by Klarna before you confirm.
Delivery
We ship from Barcelona. The estimate for your zone is on Shipping & returns. By law you receive the order within 30 days of placing it at the latest (Spanish consumer law, article 109); if we cannot meet that, you can give us a further reasonable period or cancel the order and be refunded in full. Risk of loss or damage passes to you when you, or a person you name, receive the object.
Right of withdrawal
You have 14 days from the day you receive the object to withdraw from the purchase, without giving a reason. If an order ships in several parcels, the 14 days count from the last one.
To withdraw, tell us before the 14 days end: write to info@acaciasupplies.com, or use the form below. Then send the object back within 14 days of telling us, unused and in its box. We send you the return address by email.
We refund everything you paid, including the standard shipping cost of the original delivery, within 14 days of receiving your notice. We may wait until the object reaches us or until you send proof that you have posted it. The refund goes to the payment method you used. If you chose a delivery option that cost more than our standard one, we refund the standard cost.
Return shipping is paid by you, unless the object arrived damaged, faulty or wrong (see below). You may handle the object as you would in a shop, to see what it is and how it works; if its value is reduced by handling beyond that, we may deduct the loss from the refund.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to objects made to your specification or personalised. None are on sale today; if one ever is, its page says so before you order.
Model withdrawal form
You can use this form, but you do not have to. It is the model form of Annex B of the Spanish consumer law (Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007). Copy it into an email or print it.

Conformity
Every object must be as described and work as an object of its kind does. The legal guarantee of conformity lasts three years from delivery (Spanish consumer law, articles 114 to 124). If something is wrong, write to us with a photo and a line on what happened. You can ask for repair or replacement; if neither is possible or they fail, for a price reduction or a refund. A fault that shows within two years of delivery is presumed to have existed on delivery, unless that is incompatible with the nature of the object or of the fault.
Normal wear, damage from misuse, or alterations made by you or by someone we did not send the object to are not lack of conformity. For those cases, see Repairs on How we work.
Complaints
Write first to info@acaciasupplies.com. Keep anything you send us; we keep what you write.
Official complaint forms (fulls oficials de queixa, reclamació i denúncia) of the Generalitat de Catalunya are available to you, as the Catalan Consumer Code requires (Decret 121/2013). Ask us for one by email, or file your complaint directly with the Agència Catalana del Consum: tramits.gencat.cat — Consumer complaint.
You can also take a dispute to the Junta Arbitral de Consum de Catalunya (consum.gencat.cat). We are not signed up to it; we decide case by case whether to take part.
Law and courts
Spanish law applies, together with the consumer protection rules of the EU country where you live if they give you more. Disputes go to the courts of your place of residence when you are a consumer.
Changes
We may change these terms. A change applies to orders placed after it is published. The version that counts for an order is the one in force on the day of the order; the date at the top of this page is the date of the last change.
