Returns
You have 14 days from delivery to return any item. Short version: keep it unworn, keep the tags on, write to us, send it back.
Conditions
- Items must be unworn and unwashed, with all tags attached
- Original packaging and any accessories (dust bags, boxes, spare parts) included
- Footwear tried on indoors only, with clean soles and the undamaged box
How it works
- Email info@acaciasupplies.com with your order number and the item(s) you're returning
- We reply with the return address and instructions, usually the same day
- Ship it back within 14 days of your request — return shipping is at your cost, and we recommend a tracked service
Your refund
Once the return arrives and passes inspection, we refund the full item price to your original payment method within 14 days at the latest — in practice, usually within 2–3 business days of receipt.
Faulty or not as described
If an item arrives damaged, defective or not matching its description, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. In that case return shipping is on us and we refund or replace — your choice.
