Four things we hold ourselves to, on every order.

1. Authentic, or your money back

Every piece we sell is 100% authentic and brand new with tags. Each item is verified twice — once when it enters our stock and again before it ships. If an item you received from us were ever proven not to be authentic, we would refund you in full, including shipping. No questions, no small print.

2. Below retail, honestly

The price you see is the price. The comparison price is the designer's original retail price — not an invented number to make a discount look bigger. If something is −35%, it's because we bought it well, not because the label was marked up first.

3. Fast, trackable shipping

Orders placed before 17:00 (CET) on a business day leave the same day. Spain arrives in 1–2 business days, most of Europe in 2–5. Shipping is free over 300 €. Every order ships with tracking.

4. Straightforward returns

You have 14 days from delivery to return any item — unworn, with all tags attached. We confirm your refund within days of receiving it back, to your original payment method.
