  1. 01Your order pageThe confirmation email has a link to your order’s page. It updates when we pack it, when it ships and when it’s delivered.
  2. 02Your accountSign in with your email. We send a code; there is no password. Every order is there.Sign in
  3. 03ShippingWhen the order ships you get the carrier and the tracking number by email.
  4. 04Something not rightWrite to info@acaciasupplies.com. Your order’s number helps us find it; if you don’t have it to hand, write anyway.
